Wilson G. "Greg" Park

President

Wilson G. Park, Greg, after completing service in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam, attended Worsham Mortuary School in Chicago, IL. He served his apprenticeship in Springfield and joined his father in the family business in 1970. Greg became the owner of the business in January 1986. Greg, along with his wife, Kathy, still lives and is actively working in the funeral home today.

David "Scooter" Taft

Funeral Director & Embalmer

David "Scooter" Taft joined Park Funeral Homes in the summer of 2007. Working in the funeral home was his first "real" job, and he soon found it to be his career choice. After working at the funeral home throughout all high school, He attended Carl Sandburg College Mortuary Program in Galesburg, IL., graduating with his Associate's in Mortuary Science in 2012. David currently manages the Rochester, Edinburg, Mechanicsburg, and Illiopolis locations. In his free time, David enjoys camping and showing Percheron Draft Horses.

Ryan S. Lee

Funeral Director & Embalmer

Ryan Lee grew up in Chatham, IL, and is a 2008 graduate of Glenwood High School. He attended SIUE and received his Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. After college, Ryan met Megan Park, and the two were married on May 9, 2015, in Springfield. Before their marriage, Ryan took a break from teaching and furthered his education at Carl Sandburg Mortuary School in Galesburg to become a Funeral Director. The couple has two children and resides in Rochester, IL. They are parishioners at both St. Jude Church in Rochester and Little Flower Church in Springfield. Ryan is currently managing Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home in Springfield and can occasionally be seen at the other locations helping with services and meeting families.
