Roger Dale Simons, 72, of Springfield, IL passed away at on Friday July 21, 2023.
Roger was born in Springfield, IL on October 6, 1950 and was the son of Betty Gansbauer.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty and step-father, Carl Gansbauer; brothers, Butch, Gary, and Carl Joe; and his son, James.
Roger is survived by his daughter, Crystal Simons; siblings, Rhonda Gansbauer, Sharon Gansbauer, Bobby, Mikey, Chuck, and James Gansbauer.
Cremation services are being accorded.
A visitation will be held at Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home, 520 North 5th St. Springfield, IL 62702 on Friday July 28, 2023 from 1:00pm till 2:00pm.
