Obituary
Rebecca Lynn (Ruggles) Harris, 26, of Decatur, formerly of Springfield passed away at her home on Saturday November 12, 2022.
Rebecca was born in Springfield, IL on August 23, 1996 and was the daughter of Tammy J. (Stewart) and Donald Lee Ruggles. She was preceded in death by her Father and her Grandparents.
Rebecca is survived by her husband, Donald Lynn Harris; mother and step-father, Tammy and Thomas Flynn; three brothers, Michael Dixon, Shaun Buohler, and Damien Flynn; three sisters, Kimberly Flynn, Samantha Flynn, and Andrea Flynn; step son, Don Harris Jr.; close cousins, Donna Norman and Ed Farris; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
Rebeca enjoyed fishing, rubber band crafts, puzzles, cooking and baking, and video gaming. Some of her favorite things where cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets and she loved animals. She was an amazing wife to her husband and she loved him and the rest of her family dearly. Rebecca had a good heart and was a very generous person.
Cremation services will be accorded and a celebration of life will be announced shortly.
