Karen Lynn Ross

Karen Lynn Ross, 69, of Springfield, Il, passed peacefully Friday, May 20th in her home. 
She was born March 4, 1953 in Springfield to Floyd and Mary Ann Ross (Ludauski). She is their only child, but is one of seven to her mother and step father Don Ealey. 
Karen is a graduate of Lanphier High School. She worked for the State of Illinois and retired in 2002. During her retirement, she enjoyed home renovations, gardening, drinking coffee with friends and spending time with her family. 
She is preceeded in death by her father Floyd, step-father Don, sisters Donna Kay Ealey, Connie January, Kathy Ealey and brother Charles Ealey. 
She is survived by her mother Mary Ann, daughter Stephanie Dodson, grandchildren Ona (wife Chris) Ankrom, Haley Eads, Jeremy Eads, great grandchildren Christina Beard and Benjamin Ankrom, sister Sandy Ealey-Johnston and brother Rick Ealey; as well as several neices, nephews, and cousins. 
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
