Joshua Siudyla Obituary

Joshua Aaron Siudyla, 36, of Springfield, IL passed away at St. Johns Hospital on Tuesday May 18, 2021

Joshua was born in Springfield on October 22, 1984 the son of Alexander Siudyla and Deborah Bouselli.

He attended Rochester High School and would later serve his country in the United States Air Force.

Josh was a Master Craftsman and carpenter. He could build anything from a roof to furniture and was a perfectionist about his work. He also enjoyed fishing, gardening, camping and spending time with friends and family. Josh had a special place in his heart for his dog, Sally.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Nicole Siudyla in 2000, as well as several of his grandparents.

Josh is survived by his father, Alexander (wife, Nancy) Siudyla; mother, Deborah (husband, Steve) Jacobs; brothers, Nicholas (wife, Shalene) Siudyla, Jacob (wife, Chelsey) Siudyla, and Simeon (wife, Meredith) Siudyla; his partner, Kaitlyn Keen and her daughter, Vaida Keen; nieces and nephews, Justin, John, Hallie, Liam, Anna, and Carson Siudyla; and his grandfather, Anthony Bouselli.

Visitation will be at the Rochester Christian Church, 325 S Walnut St, Rochester, IL 62563 on Tuesday May 25, 2021. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. till the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Rochester Cemetery where he will receive military honors. Pastor Brad Ferris will officiate.
