Joann (Jody) Lucille Fairchild, 53, of Fairborn, Ohio, passed away on August 27, 2024. She was born in Christian County on February 10, 1971. Joann was graduated from Rochester High School in 1990 and eventually moved to Fairborn, Ohio where she lived until her death. Joann is survived by her mother, Barbara J. Fairchild of Springfield; father, Roger E. (wife Linda) of Rochester; siblings Erik Richardson, Stefanie Lawing (Carl), Donald Ross Fairchild (companion Teyah), Jarrod Fairchild (Jessica) and step- brother Jay Rubin. Also surviving are several cousins, nieces and nephews and companion Earl Plassenthal. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 10:00AM until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:00AM at Wilson Park Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St. in Rochester. Burial will follow at Rochester Township Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Rochester United Methodist Church. Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester is in charge of arrangements.
