Obituary
Christopher Michael Crow, 38, of Illiopolis, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023 in Chicago.
Chris was born on October 24, 1984, in Taylorville, the son of Richard Crow and Leanne (Porter) Stephens.
Chris loved being a dad, making people laugh, and would help anyone out. He also enjoyed fishing.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents; Sandra Porter, Walter and Evelyn Crow; great grandmother, Irene Crow; and a niece, Madison Stephens.
He is survived by his children, Ariana and Axton Crow; parents, Richard (Kelli) Crow, and Leanne (Jimmy) Stephens; siblings, Greg (Tara) Zimmerman, Brandt Earnhardt, Asia Bahn, Megan (Shawn) McNeill, Josh Crow, Daniel (Jayna) Stephens, Cheyenne (Alex) King, and Tabitha (Broc) Fischer; grandfather, Mel Porter; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of life will be held at the Illiopolis United Methodist Church on Friday, July 7, from 10:00 until the time of the memorial service at 11:00.
Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Illiopolis.
