Obituary
Wade Carson Smith, 63, of Jacksonville, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016 at Passavant Hospital in Jacksonville.
Wade was born on October 31, 1953 in Little Rock, AR the son of Wade C. and Juanda Phelps Smith Sr.
Wade worked at St. John's Hospital for many years as a grounds keeper.
He is survived by his brother, Mike Smith of Springfield.
