Troy Lee Cota, 52, of Springfield, IL passed away at residence on Thursday June 10, 2021.

Troy was born in Springfield on May 13, 1969 the son of Ruth Casper.

He was preceded in death by his son Jared Cota and his father.

Troy is survived by his son, Justin Cota; mother, Ruth Casper; and his sisters, Bobbie Butler, Joann Austin, and Michelle Allen. He was a great father and a loving brother and son and he will be greatly missed.

Cremation services are being accorded by Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home in Springfield and no services are being held at this time.
