Tracy Jones, 53, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018 at Aperion Care Capitol.
Tracy was born on July 7, 1964 in Chicago the daughter of Ann Louise Jones.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
She is survived by her daughter, Savannah Jones of Lexington, KY and many good friends.
Cremation will be accorded. No services are planned.
