Shane Michael Leach, 34, of Springfield, IL passed away at home on Sunday November 13th, 2022.

Shane was born in Springfield on February 24, 1988 the son of Michael R. Leach and Sarah J. L. Hohimer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Mike and Grandparents.

Shane is survived by his sons, Zayne and Harrison; mother, Janey Hohimer; sister, Michelle (Joe); companion, Abby; niece, Payten; and nephew, Blayne; great nephew, Axtyn; as well as many Aunts, Uncles, and extended family members.

Shane loved his children and was a great Dad. He was a loving Son, Brother, Father, and Nephew. He loved his companion Abby. Shane also enjoyed fishing in his free time.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home in c/o Final Expenses.

Visitation for Shane will be on Thursday November 17, 2022 from 4:00pm – 5:50pm with a Funeral Service at 6:00pm at Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home, 530 North 5th St. Springfield, IL 62702.
