Ross Andrew Howard, 31, of Buffalo, Illinois passed away Friday, December 14, 2018.  He was born November 30, 1987 in Lincoln, Illinois.

Ross was married to Crystal Reatherford on April 6, 2013 in Peoria, Illinois.  They had two beautiful daughters together, Brooklyn and Aspyn.  His greatest joy was his three girls.  Ross loved to ride his Harley, watch football and take his daughters fishing.  Ross graduated from Tri-City High School, Lincoln Land Community College and earned his bachelor's degree in automotive technology from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 2010.  He worked for Firestone Complete Auto Care stores in Peoria, Pekin, and Springfield. For the last several years he was the store manager at the Main Street store in Decatur.

Ross was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard Howard, Robert and Nancy Irwin, Wayne and Shirley Mendenhall and a nephew, Greysen Mendenhall.

He is survived by his wife, Crystal;  two daughters, Brooklyn and Aspyn of Buffalo; parents Susan and David Mendenhall of Buffalo, and Darren Howard of Springfield; sister Annisa (Andy Ratchford) Mendenhall of Mechanicsburg; brothers Brandon Mendenhall of Buffalo, Justin (Sara Marshall) Mendenhall of Mechanicsburg, and Jonathan (Riley) Mendenhall of Springfield; grandmother Diana Brown of Lincoln; uncle Craig (Katie) Howard of Plainfield; nieces and nephews, Blake, Emma, Keaton, Hannah, Alex, Landon, Roan, Eddison and Harper.

Visitation will be held at Fullenwider-Park Funeral Home 200 S. Church St. Mechanicsburg, IL 62545 from 4:00pm till 7:00pm on Thursday December 20, 2018. The funeral will be at 10:00am the following morning with the burial to follow at Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
