Robert R. Meacham II, 60, of Springfield, IL passed away at his home on Saturday March 4, 2023.

Robert was born in Springfield on August 26, 1962 and was the son of Robert and Lucy Meacham.

He was preceded in death by his Parents; 2 sisters, Debbie and Rita; 1 brother, Harry; and grandson, Andrew.

Robert was survived by his wife, Diana Meacham of 43 years; 3 sons, Robert R. Meacham III (Jackie), William Meacham (Lauren), and Justin Basil; 2 daughters, Tiffany Allen (Rolly), and Christina Basil (Jason); sister, Cindy Meacham; 12 Granddaughters and 2 Grandsons; several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews; lifelong friend, Billy Kochman and too many other friends to mention.

Robert managed and owned tow companies for 16 years.  But his favorite job was working for the Sangamon County Sheriff's Department as a Civil Processing Officer. He was part owner of Recovery Masters Towing and also Robert Meacham Restaurant Cleaning.

Visitation will be held on Friday March 10, 2023 at Real Life Church, 2701 Hermitage Rd, Springfield, IL 62703 from 5:00pm till 8:00pm. Funeral services will be on Saturday March 11 at Real Life Church at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Rochester Cemetery.

Pastor Clint Cook of Real Life Church will be officiating.
