Robert Dale Huff II, 57, of Springfield passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at his residence after a battle with cancer.

Robert was born on February 4, 1959 in Decatur. He married Vickee Embree on January 31, 1986.

Bob was the founder of Springfield Pet Bird Club and a member of the American Legion in Stonington.  He was an avid AMF bowler and a Bingo caller.

He is survived by his wife, Vickee Huff of Springfield; three sons, Jason (Tayla) and Jeremy (Julie) Huff both of Chicago and Joshua (Jessica) Huff of Springfield; and seven grandchildren, Emmitt, Ellymae, Embree, Kayla, Mila, Rowen and Roselind.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 28, 2016 at St. John's Lutheran Church with Pastor Greg Busboom officiating.  Burial will follow at Oak Ridge cemetery.
