Robert E. Bunch, 90, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield. Robert was born on April 1, 1931, in Old Berlin, IL the son of Robert and Goldie (Painter) Bunch. He was married to MaryAnn Norgaard and she preceded him in death in 1981.

Robert served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict and enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, casinos and outings with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, and siblings Evelyn, Bud, Charlie, Betty, Dorothy and Marge.

He is survived by his children, Linda (Mark), Robert (Janine), Patti (Don), Karen, and Steve (Pam); several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; two brothers Clyde and William, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021 from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral at 11:30 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home, 530 N. Fifth Street, Springfield, IL. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Springfield
