Richard G. "Maddog" Meehan, 76, of Rochester, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at his residence. Maddog was born on May 27, 1945, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of Richard and Marcella (Brandt) Meehan. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, September 29, at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield where the Inter Veterans Burial detail will conduct military honors. Wilson Park Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St. in Rochester, is in charge of arrangements.
