Rebecca Kathryn Tripplett, 51, of Springfield passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at her residence.

Rebecca was born on April 8, 1965 in Santa Ana, CA the daughter of John Charles and Shirley Marie Brest Brett.

She worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  She loved animals, especially her cats.

He was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her friend, Jim Bardwell of Springfield; mother, Shirley Brett of Lincoln; two brothers, Lloyd Brett of FL and Lile Brett of Peoria; and her Aunt Faye.

Cremation will be accorded.
