ROCHESTER, IL— Priscilla M. Cutler, 76, of Rochester, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at St. John's Hospital. Priscilla was born on January 23, 1945, the daughter of Robert and Helen (Rogowski) Cutler. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Robert Cutler; and sister, Barbara Felty. She is survived by two nephews, one niece and special friends Ron and Sylvia Rouse. Cremation was accorded by Wilson Park Funeral Home and a graveside service will be held at Rochester Cemetery at a later date. Wilson Park Funeral Home, 200 E.
