SPRINGFIELD, IL - Philip Andrew Cortez Miller, 34, of Springfield, died Monday, June 1, 2015, at Memorial Medical Center.
Cremation will be accorded by Springfield Crematory.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2015, at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home.
