ROCHESTER, IL - Paul Jepp, 53, of Rochester, died Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015, at St. John's Hospital.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015, at Rochester Christian Church.
