Obituary
Patricia Ann Jones, of Riverton, IL passed away on Tuesday December 29, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center.
Patricia was born in Springfield, IL on June 13, 1958 the daughter of Mike Kohlrus and Francis Berry.
She is survived by her son, Matthew Chastain (wife, Lacey) and her daughter, Lindsay Chastain (fiance, Dave); as well as her grandson, Theo.
Patricia loved being a grandmother, DIY home projects, cooking, and thrift store shopping
No services are planned at this time and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Cremation services are being accorded.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home, 530 North 5th St. Springfield, IL 62702 in care of final expenses
