Patricia Ann Fox, 74, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at her home.

Patricia was born on May 12, 1943 in Springfield the daughter of Kenneth and Hazel Kelley Head.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Sandy Elmore.

She is survived by her son, Jack (Wanda) Gibbons of Springfield; daughter, Tracy (Duane) Marsteller of Murphysboro, TN; sisters, Donna Banbury of Springfield, Barbara Starkweather and Sharon (Russ) Jacobs both of Rochester and Ella (George) Allen of Cedaredge, CO; brothers, Tom (Lee Ann) Head of Highland, and Mike Head of Mt. Vernon; and several nieces and nephews.

Per Patricia's request cremation will be accorded and no services will be held at this time.
