Norma J. (White) Kochmann, 89, of Springfield, Illinois passed away at her home on the morning of Friday, August 30, 2019.

Norma was born in Lowder, Illinois on April 24, 1930, the daughter of Russell and Violet (Head) White.

Norma retired from K-Mart after working there over 40 years.She enjoyed crocheting and knitting beautiful afghans for friends and family. She also enjoyed cooking and sharing meals with her neighbor.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Henry, sons David and John, one sister, Carol Payne and one brother, Jerry White

Norma is survived by her son, Thomas, daughter-in-law, Christy; two sisters, Lillian Fulscher and Paula (John) Trello; four brothers, Ward, Larry, Jim and Gary White; four grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation services are being provided by Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home in Springfield, IL. No services are being held at this time per Norma's wishes.
