SPRINGFIELD, IL— Norma J. Moore, 92, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Lewis Memorial Christian Village. She was born on February 1, 1929, the daughter of Herman and Marie Bacon, who preceded her in death as well as a brother, Don, and daughter Kathy Fliflet, who passed from ALS. She married Wendell Rappe` and later divorced. She then married Gerald Moore in 1981 and he survives as well as two children, Teresa and Steven Rappe`; two step children, Sue Hays and Jennifer Cooper, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Per Norma's request there will be no visitation. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, in Springfield with Father James Isaacson officiating.
