Nellie Marie Pryor, 81 of Springfield passed away on March 28, 2022 in the company of her family.

Nellie was born on March 29, 1940 in Springfield and was the daughter of William N. Widner and Nellie E. Widner.

She was married to her husband Bob Pryor for 52 years. Nellie is survived by her husband; son, Fred D. (Stephanie) Pryor; daughter, Laura L. Pryor; three grandsons, Anthony (Katie) Pryor, Adrian Pryor, and Alex Pryor; one brother, Don (Debby) Widner; and several nieces, nephews, and friends. Nellie was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, William "Butch" Widner, two sisters, Ann Sherman, and Mary Weller.

Visitation will be held on Friday April 1, 2022 at Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home, 530 North 5th St. Springfield, IL 62702 from 5:00PM till 7:00PM. There will also be visitation on Saturday from 11:30AM till the time of the Funeral Services at 12:30PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Greenview, IL.
