SPRINGFIELD, IL - Nancy Ann Perkins, 72, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

She was born Oct. 29, 1942, in Springfield, the daughter of Harry Kenneth and June M. Collins Edwards.

Nancy is survived by one son, Scott Nelson; daughters, Nancy Butcher and Teresa (Dean) Williams; grandchildren: Elizabeth Nelson, Joseph Nelson, Molly Butcher, Logan Williams, Benjamin Williams, Katie Butcher and Devon Williams; brother, Kenneth Edward; and sister, Judy Gabrenas.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015, at Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester, Ill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Springfield Seventh Day Adventist Bible Chapel.
