Nancy C. Hoehn, 71, of Springfield, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center.

Nancy was born on September 12, 1944 in Springfield the daughter of Roy Edward and Florence E. Singer (Jasmon).

Nancy worked for St. John's Hospital retiring after 34 years.  She was of the Catholic faith.  She enjoyed going on road trips, sewing, playing bunco, and coloring.  She was an avid NASCAR fan and her favorite drivers were Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Dale Earnhardt Jr.  She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Debra Patterson; one son, Micheal Hoehn; two brothers; and one sister.

She is survived by four children, James (June) Hoehn, Rebecca (Tommy) Cowles-Gathman, Dora (Alvin) Miller and Andrew (Nikki) Hoehn; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; five brothers; one sister; her beloved dog, Buster; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home with Sr. Mary Jean Traeger O.P. officiating. Cremation will follow services.
