Mildred Cheffer, 93, of Buffalo died Monday, March 28, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center.

She was born on July 15, 1922 in Sisketon, MO, the daughter of Loren and Cappi (Kem) Moore.  She married Charles "Chef" Cheffer; he preceded her in death.

She is also preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Aileen Cummings, Mabel Finley, and Sue Dawson; brother, Joseph Moore; daughter, Shirley Jean; and son, Kem Harrison.

She is survived by her daughters, Pat Bell and Karen Mayhugh; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Mildred led a life filled with a vast array of experiences, and was a wonderful grandmother.  She enjoyed playing board games with several family members.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon on Friday, March 8, 2016 at Fullenwider-Park Funeral Home in Mechanicsburg.  Burial will follow at Macon County Memorial Park in Decatur.
