Michael "Scott" Carwile, 48, of Springfield IL, passed away in the company of his family at Auburn Nursing home on Tuesday, July 30, 2019.

Scott was born on January 22, 1971 the son of Charles and Dorthy (Booth) Carwile

He loved roller skating and poker nights with his friends. He especially loved his 3 kids, and grandson as they were his whole world. Scott was also very hard working and owned his own landscaping business.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jerry Carwile.

He is survived by his children, Zachary Carwile, Alexandra Carwile, and Mackensie Carwile; grandson, Paxton Walton; siblings, Linda Carwile, Henry Carwile, and Bryan Bench; as well as beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.

Cremation services are being accorded by Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
