Marilyn Bradham, 83, of Illiopolis, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. She was born in Decatur, IL. on December 24, 1940, the daughter of Glenn and Helen (Ricketts) Rudd. She married Bobbie Bradham and he preceded her in death on March 30, 1993.

Marilyn was a member of the Illiopolis United Methodist church. She had a passion for caring for others in both her career as a teacher for 32 years, and her family. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids. Marilyn also loved gardening, and ran a boat storage business for several years.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and one brother, Glenn Rudd.

She is survived by her children, Marty Bradham and Glenna Racioppe; grandchildren, Chris Bradham, and Claire and Colton Racioppe; best friend, Del Whitehurst; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from 4:00 until the time of the funeral service at 6:00PM at Fullenwider-Park Funeral Home, 432 7th street, in Illiopolis. Graveside services will take place at 9:00AM on Wednesday, October 30, at Riverside Cemetery in Illiopolis.

Memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the COPD Foundation.
