Margaret A. Marcum

ROBY, IL - Margaret A. Marcum, 78, of Roby, died Monday, May 26, 2014, at Lewis Memorial Christian Village.

Margaret was born Dec. 6, 1935, in Lanesville Township, Ill., the daughter of Frank and Bessie Powers Marcum.

She worked for the State of Illinois Dept. of Professional Regulation; she retired after 44 years of service. She was a member of Rochester Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Mary Jean Ross and Betty Mulberry.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. at Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester, the Rev. Brad Farris officiating. Burial will follow at Buckhart Cemetery.
