Lucille A. Rule, 94, formerly of Rochester, IL, died Tuesday, October 25, 2022 in Brownsburg, IN. She was born October 31, 1927 in Rushville, IL to parents Ralph and Pauline McCormick. She was a 1945 graduate of Rushville High School. She married Carl J. Rule on March 12, 1950. Luce made a lovely home in Rochester for him and their children Gary, Sandra, and Janica. She spent over 70 years making her house a home and treasured her family and her "Bridge Buddies". She was preceded in death by Carl, Gary, Sandra, their spouses Roxie and Rick, as well as a brother, Ralph and BIL Maurice. Survivors include her daughter Janica (John), grandsons Zakery, Joshua, Patrick, Matthew and Gregory, sister Margaret, brother Bob (Phyllis), SIL Imogene and many nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and families. Services will be private with burial at Rochester Cemetery. Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester is in charge of arrangements.
