Lee R. Kramer, 79 of Springfield, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center.

Lee was born on December 16, 1937 in Cook County, IL the son of Albert and Gertrude Mueller Kramer.

He attended Iowa State University.  Mr. Kramer worked for Continental Can Co. which later became White Cap, Inc. as a Sr. Packaging Engineer for 35 years. He was later co-owner of Architectural Images, Inc. retiring after 10 years.  He was an avid fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by children, Steven Lee Kramer of Chicago, Theresa "Tracy" (David) Hiller of Manhattan, IL, and Lisa (Derald) Rine of Phoenix, AZ; five grandchildren, Alexandra, Jack, Eric, Rachel and Nicole; and dear friends, Debra, Craig, Mikki, Ashley, McKenzie and Makala

Cremation will be accorded and services will be at a later date.
