Larry Ray Eve, 70, of Springfield, IL passed away on Wednesday December 7, 2022 at his home in the company of his family.

Larry was born in Evansville, IN on July 16, 1952. He married Teena Seeger and the two of them started a life together. Larry is survived by his wife; children, Bobby W. Eve (Angel), Laura R. Drury (Shawn), Ronndia K. Harris (Daniel), Terry R. McConnell, and Lisa M. McConnell; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Larry worked for Don and Jeff Taft for 40 plus years at the Heritage House, Kicks and finally Le Peep. He was their Jack of All Trades and did everything from cooking, cleaning, maintenance and much more. He was one of the hardest working men that anyone could know. He enjoyed camping, fishing, boating and being outdoors.

Cremation services are being accorded by Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday December 10, 2022 at Foursquare Gospel Church, 830 E Stanford Ave, Springfield, IL 62703. Guest may come and pay their respects from 2:00pm till 4:00pm.
