SPRINGFIELD - Kevin Jay Schleyhahn, 57, passed away Thursday, Sept. 4, 2014, at Memorial Medical Center.

He was born on April 7, 1957, in Springfield, the son of Loyd and Monica Fox Schleyhahn.

Kevin enjoyed fishing, camping, and gardening.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Mary Anne; a daughter, Jennifer (Miah) Schaller of Jacksonville; brothers, Loyd "Fred" (Helen) Schleyhahn of Bunker Hill and Barry (Joy) Schleyhahn of Kincaid; a sister, Amy (Dean) Phillips of Kincaid; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a son, Joshua.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, at Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester with Pastor Brad Farris officiating. Cremation was accorded by Park Funeral Homes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice .
