Kevin Patrick Kellus, 64, of Taylorville, IL passed away at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield on September 26, 2020.

Kevin was born in Springfield, on February 15, 1956 the son of John A. Kellus Sr. and Mary A. Rodgers.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, John A. Kellus Jr.; brother, Frank J. Kellus; and a niece, Allison R. Kellus.

Kevin is survived by his sister, Nancy Brunner; brother, Ron Kellus; sister, Michelle Dopp; a niece, Tanya Kellus; as well as his beloved friends.

He worked for PFM Turbo Systems and Orange California as an engine builder and was voted Engine Builder of the year in 1984, 85, and 86. Kevin went on to work as a correctional officer at the Taylorville Correctional Center; where he retired from. He enjoyed hunting but he had a passion for traveling.

Cremation services are being accorded by Elligner-Kunz and Park Funeral Home in Springfield.
