Kenneth Douglas Reeter crossed over into heaven on September 15, 2016 peacefully at his home in Decatur.

Born in Shelbyville on October 23, 1952 the son of Earl and Hazel Feldpouch Reeter.

Doug leaves brothers, Mark (Linda) Reeter, Paul Reeter; sisters, Vicki (Bob) Hovey and Joy Ann; and several nephews, nieces and friends.

Doug was truly one of a kind, the most beautiful kind… always smiling, and helpful… loved his country music and his friends and he would always let you know he was happy to see you.  He will be sadly missed by everyone who were fortunate enough to have known him.

A private family service was held with interment at a later date.
