Keith Thomas Merz, 35, of Pleasant Grove, AL passed away on Saturday, September 10th, 2016 in Atlanta, GA.

Keith was born on November 23, 1980 the son of Keith Thomas Merz, Sr and Pamela Jungers Merz. He was married to Gwyn Marie Jones.

He was a self-employed artist, from doing self-tattoos to having the ability to paint anything.

He is survived by his wife, Gwyn Jones Merz of Springfield; three children, Ivy Dawn Rose Merz, Denver Thorne Merz, and Violet Bloom Merz; two brothers, Ryan (Tracy) Merz of Pleasant Grove, AL and Todd (Jessica) Welch of Panama City, FL; one sister, Ashley (Bubba) Welch of Panama City, FL; mother, Pamela Merz (Tommy) of West Palm Beach, FL; two uncles, Kelly (Terri) Merz of Springfield, and Mark Jungers of TN; grandmother, Barbara Hicks of Fort Smith, AR; several cousins; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home with Reverend Larry Hansen officiating.  Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
