Judith (Judy) Kay Thomas, 66, of Springfield, IL, passed away at her residence on Tuesday May 12, 2020.

Judy was born in Springfield, on July 14, 1953 the daughter of Betty J. (Ausmus) Lester and William Aber.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, James (Butch) Boone, Joe Jones; son-in-law, James Gerrity, and her first real love, Robert Thomas Sr.

Judy is survived by her children, Tammy (Jim) Gerrity, April (Rob) Redpath, Robert (Tracey) Thomas, Dawn (Brandon) Thomas, Candy (Darrin) Reed, and William Brunner; several Grandkids, and several Great Grandkids.

Judy loved playing cards, bingo, visiting family, playing solitary on the computer and thrift shopping.

Cremation services are being accorded.
