Johnny R. Skeens Jr., 47, of Springfield IL, passed away on Friday September 6, 2019 at his residence.

Johnny was born on January 20, 1972 in Needles CA, the son of Johnny R. Skeens Sr. and Rose Ann McBride.

He was a good father, a hard worker, but most importantly he loved his family.

Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents; a niece; and a 7 year old cousin.

He is survived by his children Dalton, Brandon, and Austin Skeens, significant other April Zeidler and her daughter Annabelle; brother, Danny McBride; 2 sisters, Cindy Everette and Janie Skeens.

Services will be held at Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home in Springfield IL on Wednesday September 18, 2019 from 5pm to 7pm.
