John Eric Daily, 59, of Springfield, IL passed away on Friday December 8, 2023 at his residence.

John was born in Springfield on April 25, 1964 and was the son of Jack and Martha (McCarty) Daily. He lived in Springfield his whole life. He had 4 siblings. Two of his brothers, Bernard and Rodger, have passed away. John was also preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter at birth.

John loved being a Grandpa to his grandchildren. He also enjoyed car racing, tractor pulls, going camping, and grilling out.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie Daily; daughter, Breanna (TJ) Sigretto; son, Aquarius (Brianna Meredith) Daily; and daughter, Amanda Daily; 5 grandchildren, Tori Jo, Smoke, Tommie Jo, Izayah, and Amora; sister, Ellen Daily; as well as several cousins.

Cremation services are being accorded through Ellinger-Kunz and Park Funeral Home in Springfield. A Private family service is being held.
