Joann Wescoat, 91, of Buffalo, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022 at Taylorville Care Center, in Taylorville, IL.

Joann was born on July 20, 1930, in Charlotte, MI., the daughter of James Stogdell and Cleo Miller. She is preceded in death by her parents, and one sister; Patty Stogdell.

She is survived by her children, Peggy (Lennie) Jackson, James (Sharon, deceased) Stogdell, Debbie (Charles) Meyer, Joe (Yolanda) Marcotte, Cindy (John) Wentzel, and Kim (Jeff) Coffee; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 1:00PM at Buckhart Cemetery in Rochester. Memorial donations may be made to the Animal Protective League.

Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester is in charge of arrangements.
