Jean Ann (Todd) Harbour, 63, of Springfield, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at St. John's Hospital.

Jean Ann was born on February 6, 1959, in Springfield, the daughter of James and Evelyn (Merry) Todd.

She enjoyed crafts, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jean Ann is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James and Gene Todd; four sisters, Phyllis Graves, Bertha Schultz, Christine Shields and Marilyn Burgar.

She is survived by her companion, Jimmy Parnell; two children, Michelle Bardwell and Jeremy (Brandy) Harbour; step daughter, Amanda Parnell; brothers, Jack (Mary) Todd, and Robert (Louise) Todd; sister, Cathy (John) Hagelmeier, as well as several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins .

Cremation will be accorded by Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home, 530 N. Fifth Street, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
