James Noel Pedigo, 89 of Virden, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Sunrise Skilled Nursing and Rehab.

James was born on April 16, 1928 in Chesapeake, MO the son of Hobert and Bertha Roach Pedigo.

He was a self-employed roofer and enjoyed playing cards and loved being around little kids.  He also loved the ocean and walking in the sand.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kenneth Pedigo; infant daughter, Kathy Pedigo; sister, Lola Rodgers; and two brothers, Russell and Cleon Pedigo.

He is survived by son, Larry J. (Alicia) Pedigo of Girard; two daughters, Sherrie Simmons of Waggoner and Cinthya Pedigo of Girard; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation will be accorded.  Celebration of life will be at a later date.
