DECATUR, IL - Jacqueline "Smiley" Louise Crenshaw-Green, 38, of Decatur, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at her residence.

Jacqueline was born on March 21, 1977 in Springfield the daughter of Robert Sr. and Jewel Woods Crenshaw. She married Patrick Green; they later divorced.

Jackie loved spending time with her kids. She was a CNA for 21 years. She was a lifelong Cardinals fan and had many different likes and interests.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bernadine and Floyd Woods of Athens, Arthur B. Crenshaw Jr. of MO and Margaret and Wayne Oary of Athens.

She is survived by her parents; Robert Sr. and Jewel Woods Crenshaw of Illiopolis; one son, Shawn Michael Green of Ashland; two daughters, Bailey Nicole Green of Ashland and Reila Elizabeth Brumett of Decatur; two sisters, Melissa Jean Whitcomb of AZ, and Lori Anne Moore of Springfield; one brother, Robert Lee Crenshaw Jr. of Springfield; companion, Brandon Brumett of Decatur; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home with Reverend Milton Bost officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
