Herbert H. Krueger

EDINBURG- Herbert H. Krueger, 92, of Edinburg passed away on December 24, 2013 in LaGrange, Indiana. He was born on March 21, 1921 in Edinburg, the son of Rudolph and Emma (Krueger) Krueger. He married Marie W. Fricke on September 1, 1943 in Petersburg and she preceded him in death on January 23, 2008. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Edinburg and was self employed as a carpenter for his entire life. Herbert served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

He was preceded in death by his three sister and two brothers. Survived by his son, Ronald L. (Jama) Krueger, of Monroe, MI and his daughter Joyce L. (Frank) McCarthy of Springfield, three grandchildren; Ronald Aaron (Yerim) Krueger of Boston, John Sims (Kristen) Krueger of Farmington Hills, MI., Caroline Marie (Jeremy) Thompson of Oshkosh, WI., great grandchildren: Anna Joy Krueger and Jack Sims Krueger, and extended family, two grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. until time of funeral services at 3:00 P.M. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Edinburg. Reverend Gaylord Spilker will be officiating.
