Gregory Alexander Wacaser, 69, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Springfield Memorial Hospital, in Springfield, IL.

Greg served as a United States Navy Sailor and worked for the State of Illinois for over 20 years.

He is survived by his "P.W." Linda McIntyre; two daughters, Rachel and Lisa; sisters, Liz Dorn and Carol Wacaser.

Greg enjoyed music and loved the outdoors.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

A private graveside service will be held at Rochester Township Cemetery at a later date.

Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester is in charge of arrangements.
