C. Moore
DECATUR - Gilbert "Gib" C. Moore, 78, of Decatur, formerly of Niantic, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013, at his residence. He was born on September 30, 1935, in Niantic, the son of William J. and Erma Bramel Moore. Gib served in the U.S. Army and was a past member of the Berea Christian Church in Niantic. He retired from the Borden Chemical 1 Plant.
Preceded in death by his brother, Norman Moore, he is survived by his brother, Thomas Moore (Carol) of Mt. Zion; nieces and nephews; Teri A. Moore and Donald Moore (Patricia) in California, Daniel Moore (Terri) of Decatur, William Moore of Mt. Zion and Peggy Moore in Colorado; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 5, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11 a.m. at the Fullenwider-A
