Gary Wayne Lane, 72, of Dawson, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at his home.

Gary was born on March 19, 1949, in Springfield, the son of Kenneth C. and Dorothy Elizabeth (Richards) Lane. He attended and graduated from Tri-City High School in 1967. Gary loved hunting, gardening and socializing with his friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Richard and Kenneth Lane; and brother-in-law Don Morris.

He is survived by his sister, Linda (Lane) Morris; three children, Heath (Angel), Charles (Jennifer), and Shawn (Bobbi) Lane as well as several grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held on Friday, April 8, at 1:00PM at Fullenwider-Park Funeral Home, 200 S. Church St. in Mechanicsburg.

Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Springfield.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Dawson Fire and EMS Department.
