Elizabeth "Pat" Johnson, 76, of Springfield, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center.

Pat was born on March 16, 1940 the daughter of Boslaw and Bernice Forysak Kaplon.

She worked as a seamstress, enjoyed working out, riding her trike, and putting together puzzles.  She loved the outdoors, writing in her journals and spending time with her family.

She is survived by six daughters, Tamey Taha of Midwest City, OK, Diana Estrada and Roxann Carrillo both of Fort Worth, TX, Candace Bracey and Catherine Daigle both of Arlington, TX and Lesa Kaplon of Springfield; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Elllinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home with Reverend Larry Hanson officiating.
